You may return most items purchased from PANLUXUNIE within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return must include all original accessories, parts, or documentation that were included with the product.
- The item must not be a final sale, customized, or clearance item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:
- Gift Cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is a result of an error on our part.
